Climb our original cherry wood circular staircase which leads up to the second floor guest rooms and common room. Each one is charmingly decorated with its own motif. We offer queen and twin beds, most with private baths. Each room may offer something like a window seat, mantle, homemade quilts or fluffy comforters and is uniquely decorated.

Our second floor common room would have been a Lady's Sitting Room back in 1851, a place where the ladies would retire to after dinner to talk, gossip or do needlework. Today this room offers a quiet place to read, play a game or take a nap. There is a small refrigerator and coffee / tea maker.

 

 

Room One
Abbie and Annie's Room

Enjoy the charm of this bright and comfortable room with its long, wide windows overlooking the garden. This room was named for the two Caldwell sisters. A comfortable queen size bed done in sage and cream motif. The private ensuite bath is bright and cheery done in vintage white and yellow.

$110.00  plus tax. Double Occupancy.

Room Two
Caldwell/Simpson Room

A lovely spacious room done in soft blue, mauve and cream. Formally the master bedroom of the original owners John and Mary Elizabeth. This room with its original mantle reflects its era. The queen sized bed and extra single bed can accommodate two adults and a child. Private ensuite bath has skylight, glass shower and pedestal sink.

$110.00 plus tax.

Room Three
Augustine's Green Room

Wide dormer window with cozy window seat underneath looks out over the garden. This striking room is done in evergreen and cream. This was the original Caldwell nursery and later Augustine's room. It has a queen sized bed with headboard canopy effect. Private hall bath two steps away.
$110.00  plus tax.

Room Four
 Emily's Blue Room

 A wonderful bright and sunny room done in crisp white and blue. A white day bed opens to two twin beds. This was the eldest Caldwell daughter's room. Perfect room for sisters or traveling friends wanting to share a room not a bed. Room has its own ensuite bath.
$110.00 Plus Tax. Double Occupancy.




Efficiency Guest Suite

Perfect for families, pet owners, or longer stays. Outside stairs lead to 2nd floor suite with private entrance & deck. Great for dining or relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen, bath with glass shower, queen size bed with extra sleep couch. Can sleep 2 adults /2 children.  TV, DVD, CD/Radio for entertainment pleasure. Air conditioner and fan available. All linens supplied weekly. 
 Extra $25.00 charge for each additional person or overnight visitor. Breakfast not included, but may be purchased separately. No daily maid service. 

$120 - 150 per night, minimum 2 day stay.

 
Special off season rates from Nov. 15 through May 15. $350 for the first week, $200 for each additional week. By week or month only.

   


Our Whole Inn is Smoke Free
Smoking is restricted to the verandah only.


SPECIAL RATES

 Additional guests in eligible rooms will be charged from $10-25 extra. Not all rooms can accommodate extra guests. We do not allow sleeping bags on the floor. "If we can't give you a bed, we can't accommodate you"
All rates are subject to seven percent Maine State Tax

Two day minimums and higher rates may apply to all rooms on holidays and key weekends.

We welcome families with children of all ages. A travel crib is available.  There is no charge for children under 5 occupying parent’s room. 

Check-in at Belhaven Inn is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily. Special arrangements must be made for later arrivals,  in advance. 

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  A charge will be assessed for late checkouts.
