Inn Policies

Check-In:  4:00 - 7:00 PM   Early check-in or late arrivals must be previously arranged.

Occupancy: All room rates are based on Double Occupancy(2 people). Extra child over 5 in parent's room $5.00 within occupancy limits.

                                    Please, no sleeping bags or pallets on the floor.
                              "If we can't provide you with a bed , we can't let you stay.

Taxes & Rates: Rates include or a Three Course Full Breakfast at 9:00 am; not a continuous seating. Breakfast is not included in the Efficiency rates. Maine state tax will be added. Large group events will have a 15%  gratuity added.

Discounts: Ask about our discounted weekly or monthly rates.

REFUNDS:  All reservations are not refundable. No refunds for early departures.  

Smoking: For the comfort & safety of our guests smoking is permitted only outside of the inn or on the verandas. We are a SMOKE FREE INN.

Child Friendly: We truly enjoy & welcome children of ALL ages in any room where space allows. Children need to be supervised at all times. Cots, travel cribs, booster or high chairs, toys, & books are available. A refrigerator in the upstairs sitting room can accommodate baby needs.

Pet Friendly: Small leashed pets are sometimes allowed in the Efficiency Suite only. Proper inoculation documentation will be required.  Considerate owners will abide by pet policies which includes: 
        Dogs must be on leash at all times.
        Dogs must be crated when left alone.
        No pets on furniture or beds. 

Kitchen: Due to inn restrictions, guests are not allowed to cook, eat, store food or be present in the kitchen while food is being prepared.

Pets or Inn-cats: Due to allergies neither are permitted in any 2nd floor guest rooms, except the efficiency.
